What to expect when you arrive

Front Desk Check in

If you are in a unit, we will have you take your passcode and show you how to get from our front desk to your accommodation, or we will direct you to your site. We provide WiFi information as well as store and front desk hours at check in, and if amenities are open, we provide times for those as well. Check in procedures are quick and easy!

Check-in for accommodations is 4 pm, check out is 11 am.

RV Check in time is 2 pm, Check out time is 11 am

*Please note that if an early check in and check out is needed, you can request it for an extra fee.  Please communicate with the front desk directly or via Canary messaging for availability.

During your stay

• Public and Guest laundry is located in the store and is open during store hours. Laundry machines are coin operated.
• Stay over service is provided in the mornings from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You may use your Do Not Disturb door hanger if you prefer not to have stay over service.
• Public washrooms and showers for RV guests and visitors are available during open hours.
• The pool and waterslides are open after 10 am, and mini golf is open after 9 am every day.
