Resort Procedures & COVID-19
What to expect when you arrive
Please come to the front desk to check-in to your room or site. We will have you sign a registration card, double check that your ID matches your reservation, and make sure the credit card you possess matches our records. After that, if you are in a unit, we will have you take your keys and show you how to get from our front desk to your accommodation or we will direct you to your site. We provide WiFi information as well as store and front desk hours at check in, and if amenities are open, we provide times for those as well. Check in procedures are quick and easy!
During your stay
- Public and Guest laundry is located in the store and is open during store hours. Laundry machines are coin operated.
- Stay over service is provided in the mornings from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You may use your Do Not Disturb door hanger if you prefer not to have stay over service.
- Public washrooms and showers for RV guests and visitors are available during open hours. Keys for the washrooms and showers are provided by the front desk. Keys must be returned. All our showers run hot water.
- Quiet time is at 11:00 PM. No rowdy parties or excessive noise after this time.
- Drug use is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is allowed in designated marked areas, and outside of rooms when the doors and windows are closed.
- Coffee station is located in the store area for $3.00 a cup.
- Year-round Ice Cream parlour available during open store hours.
Many COVID-19 policies have been lifted, however please take the time to review our list of policies if you are concerned about COVID-19.
What to expect when you arrive
- Our lobby, convenience store, and other public spaces such as our public laundromat have sanitization stations and frequent cleaning of all surfaces & touchpoints.
- Our Team Members have received training on hand hygiene, physical distancing, and the use of PPE.
Housekeeping Considerations
Before you arrive:
In addition to our usual industrial cleaning standards, all guestrooms will have:
- In-room collateral (magazines, promotional materials, etc.) removed to reduce common touchpoints. (Please call the front desk if you have any questions.)
- Been vacuumed with HEPA filters to capture microscopic particles including pollen, dust, bacteria, and viruses.
As business levels allow:
- Guestrooms may be assigned to allow a buffer between guest stays.
- Guestrooms may be assigned to allow as much spacing between you and other guests as possible.
